1.1 What is QPad?QPad (QuickPad) is a tiny Str1 editor for those of you who need to take notes but don't want a program that will take space. It is currently only available direct from SiCoDe's website.

Apart from code optimisations, none.
1) Unzip the file QPAD.ZIP into any directory, usually your Link Software's directory (e.g. C:\WINLINK).
2) Run your Link Software and send the file QPAD.83P to your TI-83.
3) Run the program prgmQPAD to begin.
4) Visit SiCoDe's website at http://sicode.ticalc.org for news and program updates.
QPad is extremely easy to use.New - Just type your string
View - Displays your string a page at a time.
4.1 Troubleshooting4.2 Known Bugs/Problems
- When I start up and select "View" it says "ERR:UNDEFINED". This is because you have not set a String 1 yet. Try selecting "New" and typing a string first.
- When I type, I only get gibberish and numbers. This is probably because you haven't turned on your Alpha-lock. Press "2nd" and then "ALPHA" and continue typing.

5.1 About SiCoDeSiCoDe is a group of programmers who program for various TI calculators in the TI-BASIC language. We also program ASM applets that can be used with TI-BASIC programs. SiCoDe aim to continually provide high-quality TI-BASIC programs. These are frequently considered to be inferior in all ways to ASM programs and we aim to eliminate this misconception!
